I peer reviewed Stephen and Callies annotations. They both did well on obtaining credible sources for their research paper and their annotations, while had a few errors, were well written in explaining what the source's purpose was in their research. They could improve on their annotations by writing a paragraph of putting one particular source in conversation with another source. Stephen didn't write a third paragraph and Callie didn't follow the directions of the third paragraph. Overall, I was given good information in their annotations to determine how it would relate to that research.
Here is one of Stephen's sources I peer reviewed:

This article is about how local churches in the various Florida areas partner with the BCM to minister to college students. It is written by Barbara Denman who is the director of communications for the Florida Baptist Convention, which oversees all the Baptist Collegiate Ministries in Florida.
It talks about how students can find spiritual growth, discipleship and numerous opportunities to partner with local churches. Matt Seitz who is the college pastor at North Central Baptist Church in Gainesville partners with University of Florida's BCM says, "If you are a church in a college town like Gainesville and are not actively involved in the life of BCM... Not engaging your campus is bad stewardship. BCM is our outreach arm on campus.” That essentially means that if you as a church and you don't partner with your local BCM you are missing out on preaching the gospel to college students. The various BCM's also allow students to spend their winter, spring and summer breaks doing mission trips to various places around the world. Billy Young, who is the Florida Baptists' Next Generation ministry supervisor says that “Mobilizing college students to go on mission helps instill a focus to live on mission long after the brief college years.” In other words, going on mission trips while in college helps students focus on helping people even after their college career is over.
1. 1. No, he did not write three paragraphs.
2. 2. The first paragraph does introduce the source, the source’s author, and gives a thesis.
3. 3. The second paragraph does follow direction of briefly summarizing the source and giving key quotations of information one might need to know for his research. He analyzes the quotations and gives them their credibility.
4. 4. He didn’t put in a third paragraph. He needs to do that!
This annotation’s first and second paragraph are well written, so if he just added in the same effort for the third paragraph he needed to add then he will have a great annotation. If he really wants to add more to it, maybe make the first paragraph a little longer by elaborating on the thesis. The annotation is telling me about his research on BCM and what it does for the college community. I would say this annotation is helpful because it gives direct information on the source and its purpose in his research paper.
